Shipping Policy
Shipping rates within the US lower 48 states is flat rate of $8.50. Orders over $125 get FREE shipping, it also applies only to the US lower 48 states. All other areas are actual shipping cost thru UPS or USPS.
Orders generally ship within 1 to 4 business days. It is very rare but, if one or more items is unavailable at the time the order is placed, the entire order will be placed on backorder until we receive the missing item(s) in stock. We will let you know immediately if we are out of stock on any items you ordered.
Return Policy
All returns must be shipped back to The Hookah Store within 30 days of receipt. All orders must be returned in original unused condition with all accessories. The return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. There is a 10% restocking fee to cover the shipping and processing costs. Returns can NOT be shipped back to the shipping address shown on the package. If you need to do a return, either email us or call us to obtain a return authorization number and the proper address to use for your return.
Can you send me a tracking number?
We will send you a notification and tracking number via email when we ship your order. We do this for all shipping methods. If you haven't received this email, it's probably that we haven't shipped your order, yet. It's also possible that the notification email has been trapped by a spam filter or landed in your spam folder. Please look there. You can avoid this problem by adding our email address sales@thehookahstore.com to your email address book.
How do I track my order?
Simply click on My Account at the top of the site and log in if requested. Under Previous Orders, click the View button next to the order to see its current status.
